Roni Almog
Managing Partner
As S8 Group's CEO, Roni Almog is focused on helping clients succeed by driving growth, managing risks and maximizing potential. Mr. Almog has vast experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, strategic development, revenue and cost optimization, marketing initiatives, operations improvement as well as on business transformation. Roni has been instrumental not only in analyzing new business opportunities for top clients, but also in developing and implementing turnaround plans. Prior to S8 Group, Mr. Almog worked for the Miami Dolphins developing statistical models in the area of Football Operations as well as creating and implementing a business plan in the business side of the organization. An entrepreneur since he was eight, Roni was born and raised in Mexico City, where he successfully co-founded “El Candil Italiano,” a leading chain of lighting specialty stores in the country. Mr. Almog was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship (by the U.S. and Mexican governments) and is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
